About The Position

Cintas Global Supply Chain is seeking a Product Developer I to manage small to medium-sized apparel product development projects to completion, in accordance with the vision and strategies of the Global Supply Chain division. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Manage project timelines, objectives, and deliverables while mitigating risk and continuous learning for assigned projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Basic knowledge of garment construction
• Ability to analyze and utilize data to solve problems or make recommendations
• Basic understanding of processes, reporting, and tools to help guide decision making
• Minimum of 0-4 years of garment product development or business experience

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in apparel product development, merchandising, or fashion
• Enthusiasm to learn
• Experience in Yunique/PLM preferred
