About The Position

Marble is transforming a $500B+ industry that’s long overdue for disruption. We’re building an AI-powered tax assistant and preparation platform that uses the latest breakthroughs in LLMs to completely rethink how accounting firms handle tax. Our product suite targets the pain points of mid-to-large accounting firms, automating complex, high-stakes workflows and helping professionals focus on strategy instead of paperwork. Our leadership team has built multi-million dollar companies in the past and comes to the industry with existing relationships with large accounting firms.

Requirements

3+ years of experience building and shipping UX and design systems from zero to one in B2B SaaS
Experience with designing AI experiences, especially utilizing LLMs and agents
A deep design thinker who’s biased toward execution and comfortable getting into details
Proven ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a low-ego and high-ownership mindset
Relentless drive to solve problems and deliver measurable customer and business impact

Nice To Haves

Experience as an early employee at a high growth startup
Experience designing products in a highly technical domain (tax, law, engineering, etc.)
Experience building a novel AI-first product requiring a unique interface

Responsibilities

Define the design system & language Marble uses across all surfaces
Own end-to-end design across Marble's products from early concepts to polished execution
Collaborate closely with the founders, engineering and product team to bring ideas to market
Help define the Marble brand as one representing trust, intelligence and reliability
Translate complex customer workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences
Be a core contributor to the overall product and business for Marble
