About The Position

Ferry is fixing the way people navigate healthcare. Today, patients and medical staff waste countless hours on the phone, struggling through complex insurance policies and outdated scheduling systems. Now, leading hospitals, insurers, and digital health companies deploy Ferry's AI platform to solve this problem for their physicians and their patients. We offer an SMS-based concierge service that helps patients find and book the care they need — at no cost to them. Requirements

• Track record of turning complex user problems into elegant solutions.
• A passion for designing user experiences that deliver real value and spark joy.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to make a compelling case for your ideas.
• Low ego and genuine curiosity — you’re more interested in finding the right answer than being right.

Responsibilities

• Bridging the gap between LLMs and the real world to get our patients access to the care they need. Our AI agents are calling doctors' offices across the country to ask questions and book appointments.
• Anything that can go wrong does go wrong, and we need to predict and deal with every edge case.
• Building out user experiences that prioritize outcomes over usage. We handle the hard work of care coordination behind the scenes, so our users can spend less time in our app and more time getting the care they need.
