About The Position

Quantifind is seeking a Product Designer to join their team. This role involves taking ownership of specific product surfaces, driving features from research to high-fidelity specifications, and participating in customer sessions to translate user pain points into design improvements. The designer will also contribute to scaling the design system, ensuring visual clarity and consistency, and building reusable components. Collaboration with Product Management and Engineering is key to ensure designs are both technically feasible and user-centric. Requirements

  • Minimum of two to four years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a related design discipline.
  • A deep understanding of components, auto-layout, and libraries in Figma.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow-heavy interfaces, data visualization, and Atlassian tools like Jira.
  • A sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, and layout.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling clear explanation of design decisions and thoughtful questioning across functional lines.
  • Demonstrate true AI fluency by integrating AI into your workflow to expand your creative range and improve efficiency.
  • Highly comfortable using and learning tools like Claude, Lovable, and Codex to bridge the gap between design and functional prototypes.
