About The Position

Design is a core function at AnywhereWorks, integral to shaping products. The role involves working on real problems with real users and experiences that are used at scale, not just concepts.
Requirements
- Strong design craft + product thinking
- Experience designing real, shipped products (not just concepts)
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and constraints
- Someone who takes ownership and responsibility for outcomes
- Comfortable working in a remote, async, fast-moving environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Experience with complex workflows or multi-surface products is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own design problems from discovery to delivery
- Break down complex systems into clear, intuitive flows
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design
- Use research, feedback, and data to improve decisions
- Think through real-world scenarios — edge cases, failures, first-time use
- Maintain a high bar for clarity, usability, and craft
- Contribute to evolving design systems and consistency across products
