About The Position

Rezolve AI is seeking a Product Designer to shape the future of AI-powered commerce. This role involves designing intuitive, high-impact experiences across discovery, checkout, and conversational interfaces. The designer will work at the intersection of AI, product design, and commerce, solving complex interaction challenges and translating them into elegant, user-centered experiences for global brands and millions of shoppers. The position requires owning critical product experiences end-to-end, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate business goals and user insights into scalable design solutions. A strong understanding of systems thinking and product strategy is essential. The role also operates within SOC2-aligned design and data practices, ensuring secure and responsible handling of user research, product insights, and design assets.

Requirements

Highly proactive and self-directed, able to take initiative and move ideas forward even when ambiguity exists in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
Collaborative and communicative, comfortable working closely with cross-functional partners.
3+ years of experience designing complex digital products, ideally in SaaS, AI, or technology platforms.
A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, design craft, and problem-solving ability.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
A refined visual design sensibility with the ability to create polished, on-brand interfaces.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with SOC2-aligned practices for the secure handling of product data and design assets.
Experience designing AI, machine learning, or commerce technology products.
Experience working on products in both B2B and B2C environments.
Experience collaborating with remote and distributed teams.
Evidence of personal interest in AI, such as side projects, experimentation, or exploration of new tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end product design, from concept through launch, for core features across Rezolve’s AI commerce platform.
Translate complex AI capabilities and data-driven systems into intuitive, usable product experiences.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design validation to inform product decisions.
Communicate design concepts and rationale to senior leadership and stakeholders, clearly connecting user needs with business outcomes.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and scalable.
Stay informed on emerging UX patterns in AI and interactive digital experiences to influence product direction.
Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows to enhance productivity and explore innovative design possibilities.
Document design rationale, workflows, and product specifications to support cross-team alignment and audit readiness.
Ensure user data, research insights, and design assets follow SOC2-aligned privacy and security practices.
