About The Position
We are looking for a Product Designer to help define the UI/UX for an internal AI chat-based knowledge retrieval tool. The tool will be used by business and operations teams to quickly find supporting information related to customer conversions and business integrations.
Requirements
- Strong Product Designer / UX Designer background.
- Experience designing web-based enterprise applications or internal tools.
- Strong wireframing and UI/UX skills.
Responsibilities
- Create initial wireframes and UI concepts for the AI-powered tool.
- Take existing AI-generated design concepts and refine them into a more polished, user-friendly experience.
- Work closely with developers, product stakeholders, and business/operations users.
- Help define how users interact with the AI chat experience and retrieve knowledge/information.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive workflows and interfaces.
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.
