About The Position

Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company, focused on solving complex security challenges by providing secure identities for all entities. They are seeking product designers to work on the Teleport application and platform, aiming to enhance user experience, attract and retain customers through intuitive interfaces and workflows. The role involves designing for high-density user interfaces with complex workflows, supporting highly technical products that often display thousands of rows of information.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Product Design, or other closely related degrees.
3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupations.
3 years of experience in designing desktop products.
3 years of experience in creating interfaces with large amounts of data.
3 years of experience in user experience, usability testing, and interaction design.
3 years of experience in responsive design for supporting multiple screen sizes.
3 years of experience in documenting product design systems.

Responsibilities

Analyze and meet product specifications and user expectations.
Perform concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
Use special personas based on user research results.
Create right interaction models and evaluate their success, build wireframes and prototypes around customer needs.
Create design specifications based on product requirements.
Solve UX problems, such as usability or findability, using a creative approach.
Collaborate with UI designers to implement attractive designs.
Discuss design ideas and prototypes with developers.
Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends.
