About The Position

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Product Designer Mobile Commerce on behalf of one of our partner companies. The partner is strengthening its capability in mobile commerce journeys that balance conversion, trust and accessibility. You will take responsibility for work that connects mobile interaction, prototyping and experimentation, while ensuring that design systems and user research receive appropriate discipline. The objective is progress that colleagues can use and leaders can evaluate. The design function values evidence, critique and close collaboration. Success means making complexity understandable and enabling better choices.

Requirements

• Relevant experience delivering mobile commerce journeys that balance conversion, trust and accessibility in a demanding environment.
• Strong working knowledge of mobile interaction and prototyping.
• Practical experience applying experimentation and design systems.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving user research.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.

Nice To Haves

• Experience from retail, payments or consumer marketplaces.
• Exposure to analytics in a cross-functional environment.
• Swedish language skills or experience working across Nordic organisations.
• A background that can succeed here: You may come from a product company, agency, consultancy or public service. Your portfolio should explain the problem, contribution, evidence and outcome. Direct experience of mobile commerce journeys that balance conversion, trust and accessibility is valuable, while adjacent experience counts when it shows transferable judgement.
