Product Designer, Messaging (Hybrid)

• Drive discovery efforts and explore possibilities in the product space
• Collaborate with stakeholders, data analysts, and product teams to shape products that resonate with the audience
• Create visually stunning and user-centric designs aligned with business objectives
• Continuously improve designs through feedback and user testing
• Assist in product strategy and roadmap for the upcoming quarter
• Contribute to the enhancement of pod templates and design processes
• Resolve conflicts and foster a supportive work environment
• Provide input during design critique sessions to nurture a culture of learning and growth within the design team

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer
• Strong track record of driving discovery and crafting innovative solutions
• Portfolio showcasing previous design projects
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Figma and willingness to adapt to new design technologies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ownership abilities and capacity to influence and improve design processes and team dynamics
• Ability to collaborate in the office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

• Annual salary $75,000 - $105,000 (Colorado Only)
