  • Help architect and build the next-generation WHOOP Design System (DS2), partnering with engineering on foundational components, system architecture, and workflows for web, iOS, Android, and Figma.
  • Maintain and govern Design System Figma libraries, keeping them aligned with production code and evolving product needs; guide designers and engineers through documentation, collaboration, and support channels.
  • Partner with design leadership, product designers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into system solutions that balance visual craft, accessibility, technical feasibility, localization, and platform-specific considerations.
  • Contribute to Design System roadmap planning by identifying opportunities to improve designer, developer, and member experiences, incorporating cross-functional feedback, and using AI and emerging tools to accelerate workflows.
  • Champion design excellence and accessibility by ensuring new system elements meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards, sharing expertise, and helping improve the quality, consistency, and craft of product experiences.
