As our dedicated Product Designer for Creator Experience, you will dive deep into the authoring universe to build a faster, clearer, and AI-assisted playground where users seamlessly turn ideas into impactful lessons. You will directly shape how thousands of global teams collaborate, apply branding, leverage intelligent tools, and publish cutting-edge training that people actually love. This isn’t just about tweaking an interface—it's your mission to turn learning creation from a complex chore into a collaborative superpower.

Requirements

Proven track record of product design mastery within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, authoring tools, content platforms, or complex AI-assisted software.
A brilliant blend of systems thinking, rigorous interaction design, sharp visual craft, and beautiful real-world outcomes showcased in case studies.
Ability to map out highly complex data environments featuring multi-state variations, editing modes, permissions, and cross-team dependencies.
Ability to tackle intricate error-state recovery and localization hurdles, accessibility requirements, and structural data flows.
Strong product-language judgment, understanding that clear microcopy, helper text, and error messaging are critical to user confidence.
Thrive in an iterative product triangle, partnering lock-step with Product Managers and Engineers to navigate technical constraints and ensure implementation quality.
Responsibly experiment with modern AI tools to accelerate research, concept mapping, and design QA, while keeping human accountability front and center.

Nice To Haves

Background experience working directly with learning technologies, e-learning authoring tools, SCORM formatting, or enterprise content systems.
Previously designed user interfaces for generative AI output, recommendations, or algorithmic content approvals.
Active portfolio of personal side projects, coding experiments, or custom-built workflow templates that prove you love to learn by making.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product design process for the Creator platform, moving flawlessly from ambiguous problem framing to pixel-perfect, shipped product quality.
Design highly intuitive authoring workflows that empower customers to confidently build, edit, review, brand, assess, and publish content.
Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering to continuously polish core navigation, lesson components, assessment tools, and SCORM/import systems.
Design seamless, state-of-the-art AI-assisted workflows that help users generate, edit, and improve learning content while maintaining absolute human clarity and control.
Blueprint next-generation, interactive learning formats ranging from multimedia video presenter flows and podcasts to games, branching pathways, and simulations.
Build early-stage interactive prototypes to rapidly test user behaviors, validate design direction, and secure alignment before code is written.
Map out comprehensive product states, including empty states, localized views, recovery paths, permissions, and complex publishing validations.
