About The Position

FocusKPI, Inc. is seeking a Product Design Strategist to lead the design and implementation of an AI-powered product platform. This role involves overseeing both core software interfaces (web and mobile) and customer-facing marketing websites. The strategist will coordinate across design, engineering, and AI development teams to ensure feature development aligns with product goals, user needs, and business strategy. Key responsibilities include conducting user research, competitive analysis, creating design artifacts, translating concepts into functional applications using low-code/no-code platforms, managing the product development lifecycle, designing user interfaces for AI-driven outputs, developing brand identity systems, and building marketing websites.

Requirements

• U.S. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Figma.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Bubble.io and Streamlit.
• Experience designing user interfaces for AI-driven outputs.
• Experience developing brand identity systems, including logos, style guides, and tone-of-voice documentation.
• Experience building and optimizing marketing websites and landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of an AI-powered product platform, including both the core software interfaces(web and mobile) and customer-facing marketing websites.
• Coordinate across design, engineering, and AI development teams to align feature development with product goals, user needs, and business strategy.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to define product requirements, prioritize features, and shape intuitive user journeys.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Translate product and design concepts into functional web applications using low-code/no-code platforms such as Bubble.io and Streamlit.
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle: define scope, set timelines, track progress, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to design user interfaces that make AI-driven outputs (e.g., recommendations, insights, or content generation) understandable and actionable.
• Develop and maintain the platform’s brand identity system, including logos, style guides, and tone-of-voice documentation to ensure consistent communication across touchpoints.
• Build and optimize marketing websites and landing pages to support user acquisition and onboarding.
