About The Position

Infotech is seeking a UX/UI Designer to execute our UX vision and uphold a high craft bar across our full product suite. This includes the modernization of AASHTOWare Project (AWP), a widely used platform in public infrastructure delivery. The role involves contributing to Causeway, our design system, by creating components and refining patterns as it scales. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering leads, and a multi-disciplinary design team, integrating AI-assisted tools to enhance team capabilities while prioritizing user empathy in all decisions.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, product designer, or interaction designer
A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, user research integration, and refined visual craft
Experience contributing to a design system at scale, embedded as a continuous input into agile, sprint-based development
Hands-on proficiency in Figma, including team library management and component governance
Experience designing for complex, multi-persona B2B/enterprise SaaS products
Personal, hands-on fluency with AI-assisted design or prototyping tools, with real production use you can speak to

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction, civil engineering, GovTech, or another regulated, standards-driven B2B vertical
Familiarity with public-sector or standards-body-governed product constraints
Experience with design-ops platforms and accessibility tooling beyond Figma
Experience building prompt libraries or design-system-aware AI tooling adopted by other teams

Responsibilities
