The deductions and chargebacks space is notoriously manual, fragmented, and painful for CPG suppliers to manage. Confido is building the software to automate the disputes process from end to end. This role will serve as the connection between our customers, our product, and the market. That means building the internal processes and documentation that keep the team aligned, staying close to customers to understand what they need and ensuring they're getting value from the product, and keeping a pulse on the market to inform where we're headed. The role blends operational rigor with commercial curiosity, with a direct line into what gets built. You will report directly to the Product Lead for Disputes.
