Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
Five plus years of experience in Configuration Management particularly in Software
Knowledge of Jira
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.

Level 4: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 5: 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
15 plus years of experience in both Hardware & Software Configuration Management in Aerospace Industry
NDIA certification in Configuration Management
Participated and lead AS9100, CMMI audits
Experience with TeamCenter, ClearQuest, Alfresco, UNIX, or DOORS
Updated or created Command Medias and Procedures for Configuration Management, and came up with solutions for improvements

Responsibilities

Review of software documentation for internal consistency and adherence to Boeing and program standards
Oversee configuration control of software work products
Generates Software CM records as evidence of adherence to Software CM plans and Boeing standards
Verifies accuracy of software deliveries and releases, both internal and external
Support Change Boards, and respond to internal audits and customer queries
