About The Position

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Mid-Level Software Data Engineer.

Requirements

TS/SCI with Fullscope Polygraph
Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in Software Engineering with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or appropriate field from an accredited college or university; or zero (0) years of experience with a qualifying Master's or PhD degree.
Three (3) years of Software Engineering experience with a high school diploma or GED would also be acceptable.
Experience with Prompt Engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

Nice To Haves

Able to work in a collaborative environment as a team player.
Familiarity with commercial and open-source AI/ML frameworks and platforms
Experience designing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models (LLMs)
Ability to analyze data structures and data objects

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based upon AI-related requirements.
Develop software solutions for AI-driven automation and efficiency gains.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and tools tailored to the operational needs of the customer.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement mission requirements into technical solutions.
