About The Position
Mouser is an e-commerce business with 60% of the company’s revenue and 70%+ of orders being transacted on it’s websites. Selling more than 8 Million products from 1200 suppliers, in two dozen languages, to hundreds of thousands of customers, in more than 100 countries, the Internet Business department is required to design, build and host our own systems as commercial platforms are inadequate. We have big challenges that directly affect the trajectory of our growing company. Be a part of a dynamic department, in a strong company, serving customers in a vital industry. The Internet Business department includes teams devoted to Product Data, Website Experience, Site Development, Architecture & Platforms, Quality & Automation and Operations & Infrastructure. We share responsibility for sales with our global customer support team so we are part of the business in addition to being a technical department.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 6 years of total management experience required
- Skill evaluation: Behavioral (80%)
