About The Position

The Product Director for REZZAYO leads end-to-end brand strategy and product marketing, driving lifecycle management, commercialization, and cross-functional execution to achieve revenue growth, market adoption, and competitive differentiation within the hospital-based infectious disease market.

Requirements

  • Strategic, data-driven brand champion with a strong commercial mindset
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, particularly in hospital-based and infectious disease markets
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, and Commercial Operations
  • Experience translating market insights, analytics, and customer research into actionable strategies
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • This position is based in CorMedix’s Parsippany, NJ office
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with demonstrated commercial impact
  • Experience developing brand positioning and supporting lifecycle management initiatives
  • Familiarity with complex stakeholder environments, including hospital systems and integrated delivery networks

Responsibilities

  • Manage the product lifecycle (in-line and new indications) through influencing a cross-functional team of stakeholders
  • Successfully achieve revenue, growth, and profitability expectations, as set forth by the Executive Leadership Team
  • Define and manage KPIs (Rx, share, access, adoption curves) necessary to track brand performance
  • Build and manage business cases and forecasts for label/line extensions
  • Collaborate with Sales and Commercial Operations to design and execute effective strategies that support demand generation, and field execution and the introduction of extended indications
  • Oversee development of sales enablement tools, promotional materials, and customer-facing assets that drive engagement and performance
  • Support national and regional sales meetings, training programs, and key commercial milestones
  • Develop and evolve brand strategy and positioning including the definition of target segments and value proposition
  • Work cross-functionally from concept to launch across R&D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams
  • Provide input to supply chain and finance functions to maintain adequate product supply and adherence to revenue and spending goals
  • Interact with customers as required
  • Lead the generation and application of market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform cross-functional decision-making
  • Monitor market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive trends from the health care provider level to institutional settings
  • Define and track KPIs and performance metrics to assess marketing effectiveness and optimize resource allocation
