About The Position

TricorBraun is hiring a remote Product Data Associate to manage product data, improve data quality, and collaborate with teams across the business. The role offers hands-on experience for students and early-career professionals interested in developing analytical and problem-solving skills. The associate will learn and become proficient in ERP and Product Information Management (PIM) systems while supporting product information and business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Nice To Haves

• 0–2 years of experience in product data management, data analysis, product information management, supply chain, or related business systems.
• Experience working with large datasets and Microsoft Office applications.
• Exposure to Power BI, D365 ERP, or PIM systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate, create, and maintain accurate product and item records across company systems.
• Apply Item Data Governance standards, review product documentation and attributes, and maintain information standards for internal and external catalogs.
• Prioritize product information requests, resolve incomplete or conflicting data, identify recurring discrepancies, recommend improvements, and escalate complex issues or policy questions as appropriate.
• Act as a primary contact for assigned product data requests, working directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with inventory lifecycle updates, internal customer requests, departmental projects, and other assigned duties.
• Learn and become proficient in ERP and Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
