About The Position

As a Product Content Specialist, you will be part of the newly formed Product Enablement Team. This business unit's remit is to be the single source of truth for our validated product knowledge. Your role will be to ensure that everyone at chargecloud, from new hires to clients, understands our product, thereby ensuring that our ecosystem remains accessible to all. You will transform complex information into clear, useful content tailored for different target groups, ranging from technical to non-technical. If you are a creative content creator with an interest in technology, this could be the role for you!

Requirements

• Solid experience creating content for technical products, with a portfolio to show it
• Strong skills with content creation tools (e.g., Camtasia, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint) for creating graphics, animations, and videos
• Ability to explain complex ideas simply, clearly, and in an audience-centered way
• Be comfortable with a fast-moving environment where priorities shift
• Background in SaaS, mobility, or B2B tech
• Fluent German and English skills, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Create content that works for different teams – Sales, Customer Success, clients, and more
• Turn product updates into easy-to-understand guides, videos, and training materials using up-to-date methods and tools
• Work with product experts to make sure everything is accurate and up to date
• Keep content fresh, organized, and easy to find
• Measure what’s working and improve it over time
