Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role. Shift: Second Shift; Sunday- Wednesday 4:30 PM- 3 AM What You'll Do Ensure consistency and compliance with departmental and company policies. Build an engaged culture by modeling QxH values and demonstrating strong communication skills. Lead the team in fostering continuous improvement, promoting open dialogue, and driving site effectiveness through accuracy and efficiency. Identify and communicate trends or irregularities to management, proactively analyze deficiencies, and implement solutions with staff involvement. Partner with managers to define and implement quality guidelines, support audit techniques, and ensure products and procedures meet or exceed inventory and quality standards.
