About The Position

As a Product Associate in the Payments Chief Analytics Office, you support the product development process and contribute to discovering innovative solutions that address client needs. You work closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, applying your skills and insights to support successful product offerings. The role offers an opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to products and customer experiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
• Developing knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Exposure to product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
• Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of product strategy and the roadmap.
• Collect and analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals.
• Participate in product planning sessions, contribute ideas and insights, and assist in executing product initiatives to support timely, successful launches.
• Collaborate with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value.
