As a Product Associate for HOKA Apparel and Accessories, you’ll be at the heart of our product creation process. This entry-level, hands-on role is perfect for someone eager to build a strong foundation in product management and make a direct impact on our team’s success. You’ll work closely with product leadership and cross-functional partners, gaining exposure to Product, Merchandising, Planning, and more, while helping us inspire a world of athletes to fly over the earth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years related experience in retail/wholesale, product line design and/or development, merchandising (fashion footwear preferred)
  • Experience performing administrative tasks, managing project calendars, and executing against deadlines
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrate authenticity through honesty, integrity, and courage

  • Drive strategy and cultivate innovation to maintain competitive advantage

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the backbone of organization and information implementation for the HOKA Apparel and Accessories PLM Team
  • Create and maintain global line sheets and data in Flex PLM
  • Translate product line representation into Flex PLM, ensuring accuracy of style numbers, pricing, color codes, features, and benefits
  • Maintain ownership and act as point person for drops, adds, and line changes
  • Communicate line updates downstream with global merchandising team
  • Organize sales sample purchase orders each season with Global Sales Sample (logistics) team
  • Identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve productivity and efficiencies, including sample archiving and organization systems
  • Lead the organization of product room and coordination of samples
  • Support key events and meetings, including sample sales, milestone meetings, and sales conferences
  • Mandatory in-office presence prior to and during GTM gates and sample arrival weeks
