Description As an Assembler at Caterpillar, you will follow documented procedures to safely assemble and adjust parts and components while ensuring defect-free production. In this role, you will apply lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement and eliminate waste, and you will use industrial power tools as well as lifting devices to assemble products and move heavy components.

Requirements

Minimum of 9 months of previous work experience and/or volunteer experience.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing experience
Heavy equipment or machine assembly experience
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, or technical drawings.
