About The Position
We are looking for highly motivated students to join our team as Product Application Co-ops from January- August 2027 in Tampa/Clearwater, FL. Requirements
- Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing or Applied Engineering etc, Marketing, Sales or similar degree with technical aptitude)
- On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with employees, customers, and stakeholders across different areas of the business
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Interest in sales processes, marketing concepts, and customer-focused solutions
- Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information and develop recommendations
Responsibilities
- Support the Technical Support & Service team by assisting with customer inquiries, product questions, and service-related projects
- Analyze field feedback, service data, and market information to identify trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities
- Support product innovation through testing, technical analysis, and evaluation of opportunities to enhance product performance and functionality.
- Research, draft, and support the deployment of technical service bulletins, product submittals, and other technical resources
- Develop training, educational, and marketing materials that communicate product features, benefits, and technical information
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations teams to gain exposure to the full product lifecycle
