Requirements

Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, or similar degree with technical aptitude)
On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters
Experience with object-oriented programming through coursework, projects, or previous work.
Familiarity with C#, SQL, XML, or similar programming languages and technologies.
Exposure to software development tools and practices such as Git, Jira, testing, debugging, and version control.
Familiarity with databases, structured data, and querying data using SQL.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an interest in developing technical solutions.
Ability to collaborate on projects and communicate effectively with both technical and business partners.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to Power BI, Python, data visualization, or AI-assisted development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the development, testing, and enhancement of business applications and software solutions.
Write, test, troubleshoot, and maintain code using languages and tools such as C#, XML, SQL, and related technologies.
Support software quality assurance, testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
Work with data to develop reports, dashboards, and other solutions that support business decision-making.
Collaborate with developers, business partners, and other team members throughout the development process.
Use tools such as Jira, Git, and approved AI tools to support development, documentation, and project work.
Identify opportunities to improve or automate existing applications, processes, and reporting solutions.
