About The Position

LangChain is seeking a Product and Solutions Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for LangSmith Fleet and establish solutions marketing for enterprise AI adoption. LangSmith Fleet enables organizations to build, use, and manage AI agents with natural language, offering security, observability, and API extensibility for business-wide deployment. This role will influence market positioning, messaging, product launches, content creation, sales enablement, campaigns, and cross-functional programs. The target audience includes technical buyers, technical champions, and non-technical users. The position will also focus on developing industry-specific solutions (e.g., financial services, healthcare, life sciences) through campaigns, collateral, and sales enablement, working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to translate customer needs into clear narratives and assets that drive pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in product marketing, developer marketing, solutions marketing, enterprise marketing, or a related GTM role.
  • Experience working on technical products, developer tools, AI/ML products, B2B SaaS, infrastructure, automation, productivity tools, or platform products.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer-facing messaging.
  • Comfort learning technical products and asking good questions.
  • Excitement for a product serving multiple audiences: developers, technical buyers, operators, admins, and non-technical end users.
  • Understanding of how sales-led and product-led motions can work together.
  • Ability to create materials that help sales teams win and self-serve users understand and adopt the product.
  • Understanding of enterprise marketing, including creating assets and campaigns for complex buying committees, regulated industries, and sales-led motions.
  • Clear and fast writing skills to quickly turn product capabilities, customer problems, or technical workflows into useful content or enablement.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, partnering with product, sales, demand generation, field marketing, devrel, education, customer-facing teams, and the broader marketing team.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and iteration in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Genuine curiosity about agents, enterprise AI adoption, and their impact on teamwork.
  • Experience using AI tools in personal work and interest in increasing effectiveness with them.

  • Familiarity with the LLM, agent, or AI application development ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Help launch new Fleet capabilities in a fast-moving market by partnering with product and GTM teams.
  • Develop positioning and messaging for Fleet across various platforms like the website, sales materials, launch assets, campaigns, and customer-facing content.
  • Create content such as launch blogs, solution briefs, use case pages, customer stories, comparison pages, demo narratives, sales decks, guides, and campaign assets to aid understanding and adoption of Fleet.
  • Build enablement materials for a sales-led motion, including talk tracks, objection handling, discovery questions, demo narratives, and competitive context for sales and customer-facing teams.
  • Partner with demand generation teams on campaigns by translating product narratives, use cases, launches, and customer insights into pipeline-driving initiatives.
  • Synthesize customer conversations, sales feedback, product usage signals, competitive activity, and market trends to inform messaging, roadmap, and GTM strategy.
  • Develop solution narratives for priority industries and enterprise use cases, initially focusing on financial services, healthcare, and life sciences.
  • Partner with demand generation, field marketing, and sales on integrated campaigns, creating materials like solution briefs, industry landing page copy, campaign messaging, and webinar narratives.
  • Build sales enablement for enterprise conversations, including industry talk tracks, use case maps, executive-ready decks, and objection handling for complex and regulated environments.
  • Translate customer and field insights into repeatable sales plays by developing reusable messaging, collateral, and campaign programs.
