Foxhole Technology is seeking a Product Analyst to join our team in support of a federal agency. The Product Analyst supports product teams by turning business needs, user feedback, and data into clear requirements and actionable insights. This role is responsible for gathering, documenting, and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, helping define product scope and priorities, and partnering with product managers, designers, engineers, and business teams to ensure solutions meet user and business needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years progressive experience gathering requirements and analysis.
  • BS degree
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
  • Familiarity with product development methodologies and Agile practices
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
  • Support product discovery, gap analysis, and solution evaluation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguity
  • Analyze product performance, user behavior, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in prioritization decisions by evaluating business impact, effort, and dependencies
  • Support testing, validation, and release readiness activities
  • Maintain documentation throughout the product lifecycle
