The Product Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting product, service, and client portal data to evaluate engagement, adoption, performance, and overall effectiveness. This role supports the Product team by transforming data into actionable insights that inform product strategy, operational decision-making, and continuous improvement efforts. The Product Analyst will design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports, identify and connect relevant data sources, define meaningful success metrics, and provide recommendations to help measure the impact of products, services, and digital client experiences. This position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
