About The Position

The Product Analyst supports both health system and health plan product lines and partners closely with Product Managers. The role translates business questions into data analysis, develops informed conclusions, and recommends actions. It connects application usage data with the information Product, Sales, and Customer Success need to make decisions. The role also develops self-service value-analysis tools for Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Architects; defines instrumentation requirements with Product and Engineering before features launch; and explores how products affect visibility in AI-driven and generative search. The position owns analyses from understanding the underlying stakeholder question through checking results and delivering recommendations. It requires strong SQL skills, familiarity with BI tools and statistical concepts, sound judgment in evaluating results, and the ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
