This is a full-time, on-site role located in Draper, Utah. The Product Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough data analysis, gathering and interpreting business needs, and identifying trends to support product-driven decision-making. The role requires the ability to analyze complex data and communicate insights clearly to merchants, demonstrating how Redo saves revenue. Furthermore, the analyst will strategically identify new revenue opportunities, translating data into successful pitches that enhance partner success. This position involves owning the revenue of real accounts and bridging the gap between raw numbers and strategic business decisions. Redo is an e-commerce platform offering returns management, order tracking, package protection, customer support, checkout optimization, marketing, and cross-border solutions for Shopify merchants and other platforms like Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, CommentSold, and Salesforce Commerce. The company is organized into seven product clouds, venture-backed, and headquartered in Draper, Utah.
