The Johnson & Johnson SCT Deliver organization is passionate about providing accurate, timely, compliant, outstanding product delivery, and support to our business. Our Innovative Medicine Warehouse Control Systems (IMWCS) team is committed to providing an industry-leading, scalable, harmonized distribution system to manage the receipt, storage and shipment of products through our pharmaceuticals distribution centers. Johnson & Johnson Technology (JJT) Innovative Medicine supporting IMWCS Distribution is recruiting for a JJT IM SCT Deliver Distribution Co-Op, Technical Product Analyst (TPA) within the IMWCS team operations and to be located in Shepherdsville, KY. The Product Analyst Co-op will support the development and execution of product strategies focused on the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of automated warehouse operations. Working alongside engineering, IT, operations, and external partners, the co-op will monitor system performance, assist with troubleshooting and testing, maintain technical documentation, analyze operational data, and contribute to system and process enhancements. This role is well suited for a student pursuing engineering, computer science, mechatronics, information systems, or a related field who brings strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills and is interested in gaining hands-on experience with WCS/WMS platforms, PLC integrations, industrial networks, SQL, and automation technologies in a regulated warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Interest in new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation frameworks.
• Basic understanding of WCS/WMS concepts, PLCs, industrial networks, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL or data querying for basic diagnostics and reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices (SAFe Preferred) and software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) inclusive of product documentation.
• Ability to work multi-functionally in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
• Eagerness to learn about product strategy, integration technologies, and customer experience solutions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership of tasks, drives continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and communication skills.
• Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in product solutioning workshops inclusive of system design conversations used to determine how we deliver business value.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand integration needs and contribute to solution design and documentation.
• Help translate business requirements into technical specifications/user stories for critical initiatives across IMWCS Deliver product strategies.
• Support operational teams within the distribution process during deployments and/or cutovers (shadowing and assisting senior staff).
• Support cross functional Go-Live initiatives.
• Learn and apply agile (SAFe) and product management methodologies and guidelines in solution delivery.
