Product Advisor - Subaru Northshore
About The Position
Jim Pattison Subaru Northshore is seeking a motivated, personable, and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Product Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium brand and build a successful future in the automotive industry. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer-facing experience is required.
- Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
- Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi task and follow up consistently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
- This role requires successful candidates to submit a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.
Nice To Haves
- Mandarin speaking can be an asset
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Subaru brand.
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.
- Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends.
- Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
