Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience.
  • Strong computer and software skills - we use the latest high-tech platforms.
  • A passion for excellence, attention to detail, and pride in high-quality work.
  • Initiative, curiosity, and a love for learning new skills.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to follow proven processes.
  • A “can-do” attitude and drive to succeed - whatever it takes!

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, demonstrating vehicles, and ensuring a smooth, informative buying experience.
  • Drive sales growth by selling new and pre-owned vehicles, prospecting for new customers, and leveraging referrals.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of all inventory, including features, pricing, options, and evolving automotive technology through ongoing training.
  • Execute effective sales and closing practices, working with management when needed and remaining profit-focused.
  • Build long-term customer loyalty through thorough vehicle delivery, clear explanation of features, warranties, paperwork, and introductions to the Service Department.
  • Meet performance and operational standards by setting monthly goals, following dealership procedures, attending meetings, and adhering to safety policies and assigned duties.
