As a Product Advisor III within PNC's Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Cincinnati, OH, Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Denver, CO, Chicago, IL, Charlotte, NC, or Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, assisting clients on their digital transformation journeys by leveraging your expertise in order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and working capital optimization. Collaborate with sales teams and clients to design efficient solutions to drive their business performance by automating processes and integrating our treasury management platform seamlessly into their operations. You will also represent the voice of the customer to internal product teams and may represent our business externally in the financial industry and/or associations. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Consults with the client/prospect to assess business needs and identify product/service recommendations that provide transformation across their operating cycle.
  • Designs efficient solutions to drive client business performance by automatic processes and integrating our platforms seamlessly into their operations from concept to design to implementation.
  • Advises Sales team in the development of significant/complex sales opportunities, including tools, resources, proposals, presentations and the closing of the opportunities.
  • Serve as team leader for product advisors, as needed.
  • Works with the Sales team in the qualification and prioritization of pipeline and sales opportunities targeting large and complex opportunities.
  • Completes diagnosis of client's current business situation and related requirements through data gathering, which includes interviews, research, tools development and modeling.
  • Uses deep knowledge of PNC capabilities and interface to consult with the client/prospect to assess complex and highest value business opportunities and develops tailored solutions that are compatible with client systems and technology environments.
  • Serves as liaison with the Client Implementation team.
  • Engages with internal teams including Product Client Support and Go-to-Market teams to provide the customer perspective in the design, development and management of new or existing product/solution enhancements.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert and advocate for PNC products, both internally and externally.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
