About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Product Acceptance Specialist Team Lead (Level C) to join the Quality Team Pos 2 in North Charleston, South Carolina, working on the 1st shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team across multiple statements and positions. Key responsibilities include pre-shift planning, conducting crew meetings, providing team status updates, managing labor loss, overseeing production control, facilitating training, driving process improvement, and ensuring compliance. The role requires knowledge of structures, systems, interiors, and some test functions. This position is 100% onsite.

Requirements

3+ years of Quality experience
3+ years of experience demonstrating leadership skills either informal or formal
Must attain and/or maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job

Nice To Haves

3+ years of 787 program experience
3+ years of experience within a leadership role
3+ years of experience with quality and/or production systems
3+ years of experience with structures inspections
3+ years of experience with systems inspections

Responsibilities

Verifies product conformance to design requirements
Provides objective evidence of results
Validates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies, and procedures
Identifies and documents discrepancies and segregates and controls non-conforming items
Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance
Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification
Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action
