About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking a Product Acceptance Specialist Team Lead (Level C) to support the IRCSC (Interiors Responsibility Center) in Ladson, South Carolina. This role involves verifying product conformance to design requirements, providing evidence of results, performing audits, identifying and documenting discrepancies, controlling non-conforming items, conducting preliminary reviews of non-conformance, and collaborating with customers during product or process verification. The position also requires identifying repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiating corrective action requests. This is a 100% onsite position.

Requirements

  • 3+ year of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality or experience in a regulated industry
  • 3+ year of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 3+ year of experience in quality inspection and/or auditing
  • 3+ year of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing and able to work a variable shift
  • Must be able to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ year of experience identifying critical path analysis, float analysis, schedule impact analysis, recovery planning, root cause analysis, trend analysis, schedule quality metrics, and risk analysis
  • 5+ year of fabrication experience
  • 5+ year of experience using Velocity and CMES systems experience
  • 5+ year of experience working in a cross-functional work environment
  • 5+ year of experience in a formal or information team leadership role
