About The Position

AntiSocial is looking to hire a skilled and collaborative Intermediate Producer with experience supporting and managing social media and integrated campaigns. You have a strong understanding of production workflows, are comfortable working across multiple projects, and enjoy collaborating with creative, strategy, and client teams to bring work to life. Experience working with fashion, retail, or e-commerce clients is an asset.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in production, project management, or a similar role within a social media or advertising agency.
Experience supporting and/or managing social media campaigns and content production; experience with fashion, retail, or ecommerce clients is an asset.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.
Clear and confident communication skills, with experience working with clients and cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms, content workflows, and basic analytics.
A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to production.
Ability to take ownership of projects while knowing when to seek guidance or escalate challenges.

Nice To Haves

Experience with project management and production tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of social media and integrated campaigns across a range of clients and industries.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to keep projects aligned, organized, and moving forward.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets with guidance from senior producers and account leads.
Coordinate with creative, strategy, production, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on schedule.
Support the development and execution of social content and campaigns across relevant platforms.
Assist with project reporting, performance tracking, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Stay up to date on social media platforms, trends, and best practices to help inform production and creative recommendations.
Help ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, project requirements, and client expectations.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative production environment while managing multiple priorities.
