About The Position

The Producer manages the day-to-day execution of studio projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and aligned with creative expectations. The role collaborates across departments to enable seamless workflows and is hands-on throughout planning, production, and delivery, translating creative concepts into work with craft, clarity, and momentum.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative production or post-production, ideally in an advertising setting.
• Fluency in generative AI, emerging technologies, and programs, and ability to use them to enhance productivity and creative outputs.
• Proficiency in project management tools and studio workflows.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with internal creative teams and external vendors.
• Knowledge of timelines, media specifications, and platform best practices.
• Strength in project management and scheduling.
• Budgeting and cost-control fundamentals.
• Ability to coordinate teams and vendors effectively.
• Skill in facilitating creative workflows and feedback cycles.
• Proactive problem-solving with a quality- and deadline-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of content production from project kickoff to final delivery.
• Build and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring clear communication across teams.
• Coordinate internal and freelance resources to support studio needs.
• Partner with creative, post, and client teams to align on deliverables and feedback cycles.
• Track and report on project progress, proactively resolving issues and removing blockers.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and facilitate timely approvals.
• Ensure production excellence across all workstreams, formats, and outputs.
