About The Position

Beast Industries, founded by MrBeast, is seeking a Producer to bring ambitious creative ideas to life. This role requires an adaptive problem-solver who can plan for multiple scenarios, gather details, and maintain flexibility. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and skilled at building relationships with vendors and partners. They should be open-minded, remain calm during plan changes, and motivate teams during demanding production schedules. A creative-first, solution-oriented approach is essential for integrating brand partners into content seamlessly.

Requirements

• Expert communicator — especially strong “on the phone” and able to build genuine rapport
• Willingness to adapt current thought processes and skill sets to new ways of working
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects
• Comfortable with ambiguity, able to plan flexibly without prematurely locking in
• Strong negotiator with a proven ability to secure creative-friendly deals
• Resourceful problem-solver with curiosity to work with experts from every field
• Thrives under pressure and willing to commit during demanding production windows
• 2+ years of experience in branded social content production

Responsibilities

• Execute a wide range of branded content from Verticals, to TV Commercials, to Livestreams, while ensuring the content aligns with the tone & voice of both MrBeast and our Brand Partners
• Mentor team members supporting you on productions big or small - including Jr Producers, Coordinators, and Production Assistants
• Prepare, present, and manage detailed production budgets, timelines, and feasibility reports with a creative-first approach
• Collaborate with the broader team (Legal, Safety, Camera, Studio Management, and more) to ensure all projects happen on-time, on-budget, and at the highest quality
• Practice conditional planning: comfortable having challenging conversations to prepare multiple vendor, prop, and build options for shifting scenarios
• Research, source, and negotiate with vendors while building strong relationships and securing flexible agreements
• Anticipate and adapt to last-minute pivots (day/night switches, location changes, etc.)
• Problem-solve unique production challenges alongside your teammates
