About The Position
We are seeking a UX Producer to join our Core Responsibilities Design Team Operations. This role involves providing ongoing support and coordination for designers, ensuring they understand priorities and workflows. The Producer will facilitate collaboration across a global team and foster team culture, communication, and connection. Additionally, the role includes project and sprint management, managing Jira workflows, tracking team bandwidth, supporting agile practices, and coordinating reporting. Stakeholder coordination with product, engineering, and business teams is also a key aspect, including gathering requirements and advocating for design value.
Requirements
- Comfortable using Figma
- Comfortable using FigJam
- Especially strong with whiteboarding
- Especially strong with workflow mapping
- Especially strong with facilitation activities in FigJam
- Strong understanding of UX research
- Strong understanding of design workflows
- Strong understanding of usability testing
- Strong understanding of design delivery lifecycle
- Strong understanding of end-to-end design process management
- Facilitation skills
- Ability to unify distributed teams

Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and coordination for designers
