About The Position

This position is part of the Alumni graduate program, which pairs recent graduates with global businesses, including tier-one investment banks and organizations in industries like insurance, healthcare, and travel. The role focuses on supporting complex, data-driven internal products and enterprise workflows within a client's global UX team. Responsibilities include understanding user needs, researching business processes, mapping end-to-end journeys, and designing intuitive solutions for sophisticated business applications. The program involves a 24-month placement with a client, with salary increases every 12 months, and a high likelihood of conversion to permanent employment. The program emphasizes providing graduates with training, ongoing support, and opportunities at leading global employers without any training bonds or exit fees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related major.
  • A GPA of 2.7 or higher.
  • The right to work without needing visa sponsorship.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in UX Design, UX Research, Product Design, or Interaction Design.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design.
  • Experience with research, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Comfortable working with complex products, large data sets, and broad ecosystems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with complex enterprise applications.
  • Experience with data-intensive or internal applications.
  • Familiarity with React, Angular, or functional prototyping.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled products or UX workflows.
  • Coding experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong UX fundamentals, research skills, curiosity, and a solid portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to identify needs and pain points.
