Producer, Photography - Studio Pre-Production, eCommerce Content Studio
About The Position
The Producer, Studio Production role is responsible for executing high-quality content productions at scale, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery that supports the growth of our US eCommerce business. You’ll sweep us off our feet if: · You have strong experience in studio production, content production, or creative operations within an eCommerce or retail environment · You understand end-to-end production workflows, from pre-production through post-production delivery · You are highly organized and able to manage multiple productions simultaneously · You are confident making decisions that impact timelines, budgets, and execution · You build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and external vendors · You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to changing priorities · You are solutions-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Art, or related field and 1 year experience in professional digital photography or related field OR 3 years experience in digital photography production or operations, or related field.

Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end execution of assigned productions, from planning through final delivery
- Ensuring shoots are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
- Building and managing detailed shoot schedules, timelines, and production logistics
- Coordinating all production elements including crew, talent, product, and equipment
- Adapting to evolving business needs and production demands
- Supporting company mission, values, and ethical standards in all business practices
- Making production-level decisions that impact timelines, costs, and resource allocation
- Maintaining accountability for shoot-level budgets and tracking production spend
- Balancing speed, cost, and quality to drive efficient content delivery
- Identifying opportunities to improve production workflows and execution efficiency
- Implementing process improvements that enhance throughput and consistency
- Contributing to scalable production practices across the studio
- Aligning creative, operations, and external partners to ensure seamless execution
- Communicating production plans, updates, and risks to stakeholders
- Building strong partnerships to enable efficient collaboration and delivery
- Leading crews, vendors, or small project teams during production
- Providing clear direction and ensuring alignment on production goals and standards
- Supporting a collaborative, accountable, and solutions-driven environment
- Proactively identifying and mitigating production risks that could impact delivery
- Managing changes, issues, and escalations during production
- Ensuring contingency plans are in place to maintain timelines and quality
