Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tethering software (e.g., Capture One, Lightroom).
  • Experience acting as the primary administrator for a Digital Asset Management platform.

  • Upload, tag, and organize finished images into our external image library for use by outside partners and vendors.
  • Perform image retouching to finalize assets for marketing, e-commerce, and catalog use.
  • Act as the lead photographer’s right hand, assisting with lighting setups, set building, and background changes for both studio and location shoots.
  • Actively manage grip equipment (C-stands, strobes, modifiers, sandbags) on set and on the field.
  • Help load, transport, and unload heavy camera and lighting gear for on-location sports shoots.
  • Manage studio inventory, keeping all photography equipment, props, and styling kits clean, organized, and properly stored.
  • Lead on-set styling for both fashion-focused studio shoots and active, on-location sports lifestyle shoots.
  • Source, prep, and organize apparel, uniforms, and sports gear prior to shoot days.
