About The Position

Audacy Atlanta is looking for a talented individual to join our staff as Part Time Producer/Board Operator. This role involves running the control board, producing shows, and managing on-air content according to station format and logs. The position also includes show preparation, social media posting, and potentially guest booking.

Requirements

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• All employees must bring a positive, cooperative attitude and efficiently and expertly perform assigned duties
• Represent Audacy and our radio stations in a highly respectable, professional manner
• The ideal candidate should be energetic, efficient, and capable of multi-tasking in a lively, fast-paced environment
• Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Experience is helpful but optional
• IT and social networking skills are helpful

Responsibilities

• Run the control board, following station format, arranging and playing commercials and IDs according to program and commercial logs
• Follow all applicable laws and FCC regulations
• Work the board to produce shows and on-site broadcasts
• May be required to perform light production work
• Show prep for all the assigned radio show
• Post on social media for the assigned show
• Other duties as required by management
• Ability to book guests for the assigned show
• Work with the Brand Manager/Program Director on the direction of the assigned show
