About The Position

Stauffers of Kissel Hill is seeking a Produce Team Member for its Lititz Pike Fresh Foods location. This part-time role requires day availability between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m., as well as flexible weekend availability. The wage is $14.00 per hour. Requirements

Able to lift 25–50 pounds.
Able to work in or around coolers and regularly be exposed to cold temperatures.
Available to work days between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. and flexible weekends.

Responsibilities

Pack fruit baskets as needed.
Replenish ice in display cases, where applicable.
Clean the department area, including equipment, containers, storage areas, aisles, and display cases, and keep products and supplies organized.
Operate equipment when needed, if over 18 years of age.
Operate the price scale and maintain knowledge of current prices; price merchandise or change price tags using the price list and coordinating with the scan department.
Prepare and promote department samples.
Receive, open, and unpack merchandise cartons and crates; check invoices against items received and promptly clear restocking equipment and debris from the floor.
Prepare, package, and rotate products according to departmental guidelines.
Set and sign merchandise displays to attract customers and promote sales.
Take and process customer orders according to customer requests, ensuring products are ready on time.
Take inventory or examine merchandise regularly to identify items that need to be reordered or replenished.
