Requirements

  • Experience in wholesale produce sales
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with Produce Pro is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale, distribution, and retail accounts
  • Sell a full line of fresh fruits and vegetables to distributors, retailers, and foodservice customers
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities and accounts
  • Build long-term customer relationships and expand account volume
  • Collaborate with sourcing teams to secure product and price competitively
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and margins
  • Drive gross profit growth across your accounts
