About The Position

The Produce & Floral Specialist helps ensure that produce, floral, and gift center products meet freshness and quality standards. The role maintains product rotation, dating, placement, and signage; supports ordering, replenishment, delivery verification, and proper storage; and helps maintain compliance during product transitions and promotional events. The specialist also supports front-end operations during peak periods and provides friendly, helpful service to guests on the sales floor. This position requires a flexible schedule that may include weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work at a fast pace.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail, culinary, and/or grocery experience.
• Experience with electronic shelf label systems, inventory management technology, or AI-enabled retail tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure produce, floral, and gift center products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of produce, floral, and gift center items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness and follow proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Support compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Support front-end operations during peak business times as a cashier or in other areas.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor.
