About The Position
This role involves providing friendly and courteous service to customers, stocking, rotating, and straightening produce, preparing products by watering, icing, washing, trimming, and wrapping, and removing any product not meeting quality standards. The position requires adherence to company safety and sanitation procedures, and other duties may be assigned by store management. Training will be provided at the store level.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply
- Regular, reliable attendance is an essential function of the job
- Bending
- Stooping
- Able to work in a cold, damp environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Working on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred for Store/Facility Teammates
- Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred for Store Support Center Teammates
- Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline)
- If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance
Responsibilities
